I hope that everyone has a very Blessed Thanksgiving. Thank you to everyone who attended the November Membership Meeting and thank you to all who participated in our pie and stuffing contest. Congratulations to Maria Elefante for winning first place for her Blueberry pie and to Cynthia Ferraro for winning for her stuffing. Great job Ladies! December's programming is our annual Christmas Party. Festivities begin immediately after membership meeting. "The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear." $20.00 per person includes dinner, dessert, coffee & soda. **Cash Bar** There will be a DJ, dancing, pictures with Santa! Christmas pajamas Contest - bust out those fancy pajamas to be a contest participant and win a prize! Play "Bring a Gift Get a Gift" - if you wish to participate in the gift exchange we ask that you bring a wrapped $15 Gift Card (no less than $15), NO gift items please. LETTER FROM SANTA
A Ladies Auxiliary fundraiser open to all: Parents, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Friends – all Knights family and friends. Children will receive a customized letter from Santa that will include information unique to them. $5.00 per letter, per child. Our very first Ladies Retreat will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Tabor House, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM. Advanced reservation a must! Come join us for a day of reflection and meditation. Breakfast will be served at 8:30 AM. Retreat begins promptly at 9AM. Lunch will be served and our day will end with Mass at 4pm. Cost is $25.00 per person, checks made payable to: Ladies Auxiliary. CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING
- Tuesday, December 3rd: Bring your family to the Council Hall at 8:00 pm to attend our tree lighting ceremony followed by a reception including cake and coffee. Donation of a small Christmas ornament for the tree will be greatly appreciated.
KNIGHT'S CHRISTMAS PARTY
- Saturday, December 7th. 7PM till Midnight. O'Connell Gardens. $60 per person includes shrimp cocktail, holiday dinner, open bar, ice cream and coffee bar. Music provided by DJ Benny and a live band tribute to the 60's by The Rockinghams. For reservations contact PGK Dan Ramos at 516-644-3009
CHILDREN'S CHRISTMAS PARTY
- Sunday, December 8th: Bring down the kids and grandkids to the Council Hall from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm to have their pictures taken with Santa Claus and visit the petting zoo with many farm and exotic animals. A Christmas gift and lunch will be provided for every child. Don’t forget your canned food donation. Volunteers are needed for setup and breakdown after the party. NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY
