Dear Ladies,
Dear Ladies, WELCOME BACK! The Ladies Auxiliary 2024-2025 board wants to express their heartfelt gratitude for the trust and confidence you have placed in us to lead this amazing organization. We have a full year of planned charitable events and look forward to raising money for those in need. With your continued support and dedication, this year will be even more successful than the past! Enjoy the last weekends of summer – I look forward to seeing you all at the September meeting!

MEMBERSHIP MEETING
Please join us on Tuesday, September 3rd beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. followed by our Pizza Party. We look forward to seeing you at our first meeting and social hour in the 2024-2025 year.
HOLIDAY WREATHS WITH LINDA
Holiday Wreaths with Linda on October 1st promises to be an enjoyable program. If you wish to make a wreath with Linda on October 1st, you must sign up at our September 3rd Membership Meeting to ensure that there will be enough wreath-making supplies for all participants.
DESIGNER BAG BINGO
OUR LARGEST FUNDRAISER! Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 12 p.m – 4 p.m. RSVP as soon as possible! This event sells out quickly - All authentic Designer Bags! $50 per person includes 9 games of Bingo, Brunch, brunch beverages, coffee/tea, and dessert. Doors open at 11:00 a.m. First Bingo begins at 12 noon. Raffle Baskets, 50/50, door prizes as well as extra game boards and bingo markers will be available to purchase. RAFFLE DONATIONS
Thank you for your raffle donations this past year that very much contributed to the success of our charitable fundraising. Any donations you can make that will help with this year’s fundraising events will very much be appreciated. There will be a table set aside at each Membership Meeting where you can leave anything you can contribute.
MEMBERSHIP DUES 2024/2025
Please see Financial Secretary, Amy Bermudez, PP with your annual $20.00 membership dues for the 2024/2025 Auxiliary year. Membership dues may be paid at membership meetings or by mail. Please make your $20.00 check payable to Ladies Auxiliary and write your phone number on the check. If you are paying by mail, please mark the envelope ATTN: Amy Bermudez, PP, FS, and mail to KofC #3481, 2985 Kenneth Place Oceanside, NY 11572. Please remember to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope so that your card can be mailed back to you. If you have not paid your membership dues for 2023/2024, you are in jeopardy of being removed from the membership and mailing list (see By-Laws Article IX-Dues). LIFETIME MEMBER 2024/2025
If you were 80 years old by September 6, 2024, you will be considered a "Lifetime Member", and your dues will be waived. You must provide proof of age to Amy Bermudez, PP, FS at

FRATERNAL ASSISTANCE
If there is a Sister in need of Financial Assistance through our Fraternal Assistance Program, all proposals must be submitted in writing. For more info, contact Financial Secretary Amy Bermudez, PP at
